Why We Started

Perry's Quality Auto was founded in 1997 on a simple idea: build a shop where customers feel respected, get fair prices, and trust the work. Too many people had stories about shops that talked down to them, padded estimates, or did unnecessary work. We wanted to be the opposite of that.

Our Core Values

Integrity. If we recommend a repair, you can trust we'd recommend the same thing for our own family. We don't upsell, scare-sell, or invent problems. If something can wait, we'll tell you. If it can't, we'll explain why.

Craftsmanship. Every job gets done right or it doesn't go out the door. We use quality parts, follow factory procedures, and take the time to do it correctly the first time.

Community. Simi Valley is home. We're a family-owned shop in a town we live in, and our reputation matters more than any single repair. We support local businesses, give back where we can, and treat every customer like a neighbor.
