The fastest way to apply is to give us a call at (805) 522-5769 or stop by the shop in person and ask for Perry. We're a small shop and prefer to meet candidates face-to-face when possible.
What to Bring or Send
- Resume or work history, even an informal list of past shops works
- ASE certifications if you have them
- References, ideally former supervisors or shop owners
- Driver's license and clean MVR
- Basic tool inventory if you're applying as a technician
What Happens Next
We review every application. If your background fits an open position, we'll call you to set up an interview. The interview is informal, a conversation about your experience, what you're looking for, and what we can offer. If we both feel like it's a fit, we'll schedule a working interview where you spend a few hours in the shop with our team.
