• No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
• Open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older.
• Limit one (1) entry per person per monthly giveaway period. Multiple entries by the same individual, regardless of method of entry, will be void. Only the first eligible entry received from each individual will be accepted and considered in the monthly drawing. Duplicate entries will not increase the chances of winning and will be disqualified.
• One winner will be selected each month in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
• Prize: Free routine oil changes for life for one personal-use vehicle owned or leased by the winner.
• Prize includes manufacturer-recommended engine oil and oil filter replacement only. Additional repairs, diagnostics, fluids, parts, taxes, shop supplies, environmental fees, and all other non-covered services are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
• Exclusions apply. The prize is not valid for:
  • Exotic or specialty vehicles.
  • High-performance models, including but not limited to Chevrolet Corvette, Mercedes-Benz AMG models, BMW M models, Audi S and RS models, or similar performance vehicles.
  • Diesel-powered vehicles.
  • Commercial, fleet, rental, rideshare (Uber/Lyft), taxi, delivery, or other business-use vehicles.
  • Vehicles requiring more than 6 quarts of engine oil or requiring specialty, racing, or non-standard lubricants or filters.
  • Modified vehicles that, in Perry's Quality Auto Repair's sole discretion, require specialized procedures, equipment, or fluids beyond a standard routine oil change.
• Oil changes must be performed at the manufacturer's recommended service intervals and are limited to two (2) complimentary oil changes per calendar year for the eligible vehicle.
• Appointment required. Services must be redeemed during Perry's Quality Auto Repair's normal business hours and are subject to scheduling availability.
• The winning vehicle must remain registered to or leased by the winner. If ownership or lease of the vehicle ends, the prize terminates unless Perry's Quality Auto Repair, at its sole discretion, approves transferring the prize to another qualifying personal-use vehicle owned or leased by the winner.
• Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value.
• Leaving a Google review is completely optional and is not required to enter, does not improve the odds of winning, and will not be considered when selecting the winner.
• Perry's Quality Auto Repair reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who submits multiple entries, provides false information, tampers with the entry process, or otherwise violates these rules.
• Perry's Quality Auto Repair reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value, modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Perry's Quality Auto Repair may use the winner's first name, last initial, city of residence, and photographs taken during prize presentation for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
